Therapy rooms get new look It wasn't "Extreme Home Makeover,"  but four therapy rooms at the Smith Center campus in Cedar Rapids have had an impressive transformation.

With the help of the Cedar Rapids Chamber Ambassadors, the ribbon-cutting on the renovated rooms was held on Wednesday, April 20, where attendees learned the story of the transformation and toured the rooms.

The rooms, the Bildstein Room, the Olson Room, the Shipman Room and the Tronvold Room, have new lighting, carpet and furniture.  The room names honor dedicated Four Oaks past and current board members Larry Bildstein, Scott Olson, Jim Shipman, and Carl Tronvold.

Several individuals and organizations contributed products and services, led by IBEW/LMCC. Other contributors to the project were: Lori Wiles, Dave Engle, GE Capital, Dupaco Community Credit Union, Maxine Welch, Welter’s Storage, Furniture on Consignment, Kamal’s Upholstery, Van Meter Industrial, and Harger’s Acoustics Inc.
