Mercy Medical Center’s smart approach to helping kids Four Oaks helps 15,000 kids and families in the state of Iowa each year. With over 800 employees and locations in 16 cities, the agency has many diverse needs. Chances are your company or organization offers a product or service that can be useful to Four Oaks, while offering a natural way to achieve your community involvement goals.

For example, Mercy Medical Center operates an in-house print shop. Each year, Mercy prints a variety of promotional materials for Four Oaks, free of charge. Four Oaks is able to put funds that would have been spent on printing back to its mission: to assure children become successful adults.

Printing is not the only way that Mercy Medical Center supports Four Oaks. President Tim Charles currently serves on the volunteer committee for the TotalChild campaign. Director of Pastoral Care, Mark McDermott, is serving on the committee for the 21st Annual Four Oaks Golf Classic. In addition, Mercy employees collect gifts for the annual Holiday Project.

Four Oaks is grateful for all the businesses and organizations that contribute funds, volunteer time, and in-kind goods and services. If you would like to get involved in any of the aforementioned programs, or simply want to hear more about current opportunities, please contact Four Oaks Development Director, Jenifer Vick.
