Castelein recognized for leadership

Four Oaks’ own DJ Castelein, recruitment and employee services manager, was one of just 40 local leaders recognized by the Corridor Business Journal at its “Forty Under 40” banquet on October 27. The publication honors “men and women who have made a significant impact in their business or community early in their careers.”
While most people in the Four Oaks family realize DJ’s contributions to our organization, her passions extend much farther.
"Her work outside the agency includes involvement in the local T.T.T., the non-profit philanthropic organization for women. She gets personally involved with the underprivileged recipient of an educational, one-week camping trip,” noted the nomination for DJ. “As the mother of a pre-schooler, she is a member of the school's events committee and devotes a large portion of her time to her church, as youth activities and Sunday school leader. She is a board member of the Employer's Council of Iowa, in addition to being a member of the Kirkwood Community College Employer Advisory Board"
