Ideal candidate with have direct experience of receiving Four Oaks services in mental health or child welfare experience of care.  In this position, the family advocate will assist families in navigating the service system and act as a liaison of Four Oaks programming.  They will ensure customer satisfaction as well as be family focus and driven. 

Must be familiar with community resources.  Must be at least 18 years of age, High School Diploma or equivalent.
