This individual will Assesses client’s interactions in the milieu; formulates interventions based on the identified treatment plan; evaluates the progress of treatment goals; provides direct care services on assigned unit(s) completing documentation as assigned; supports agency mission as well as program mission & values, practicing safe & responsible work habits.

This individual will provide case, skill and personnel supervision.  Will supervise staff on case progress and outcomes. 

Must be a Licensed Master’s Degree in Social Work  from an accredited college or university.
